What We Offer
Sweet Pillow Dreams creates magical overnight adventures through our premium tents sleepover experiences. Each of our packages includes beautifully styled tents, cozy bedding, enchanting lighting, and themed decorations to transform any space into a dream world for children to enjoy.
BOOKING YOUR MAGICAL NIGHT:
Dream Consultation: Begin with a quick email where we'll discuss your vision, theme preferences, and special requests.
Personalization: We'll create a custom quote based on your needs and share theme suggestions to make your sleepover extraordinary.
Reservation: Secure your date with a booking deposit and finalize all the magical details.
Pre-Event Confirmation: A few days before, we'll touch base to confirm setup times and any last-minute requests.
The Magic Arrives: Our team will transform your space into a dreamy sleepover wonderland.
Sweet Dreams: Enjoy a night of magic and memories!
Farewell: We'll return at the arranged time to discreetly pack everything away, leaving no trace except the wonderful memories.
OUR SETUP PROCESS
Arrival: Our Dream Team arrives at your location with everything needed to create the perfect sleepover experience.
Space Requirements:For our magic to begin we approximately need 3×6 feet per Tent. To prepare for your enchanting sleepover experience, we kindly ask that the designated area be completely furniture-free and clean upon our arrival.
Setup Duration: We need 2-3 hours to perfectly arrange everything, depending on your chosen package.
Safety First: For everyone's protection, we kindly ask that children remain outside the setup area until our team has completed the magical transformation.
Location Types: We currently create magic in private homes. Multi-floor apartments require special arrangements - please inquire for details.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
Reservations: To ensure your dream date is available, we recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance.
Payment: A 50% deposit secures your date, with remaining balance due 5 days before your event. We currently accept E-transfer as our only payment method.
Changes & Cancellations: Schedule changes can be accommodated up to 7 days before your event. Cancellations more than 48 hours before receive a 50% refund of deposit.
Damages: While rare, any significant damage beyond normal use may incur replacement costs.
Service Area:We currently serve in Toronto. Extended travel may be available for an additional fee.
Important Note: To prepare for your enchanting sleepover experience, we kindly ask that the designated area be completely furniture-free and clean upon our arrival. Our sleepover specialists will be focused on creating your magical setup rather than clearing or rearranging the space.
